Six defendants face charges, including violent disorder, sexual offenses, and dangerous driving. Court dates are set.

Michael Hulme is fifty-two and resides on Rectory Road in Shelton. He admitted attempted sexual communication with a child and broke a Sexual Harm Prevention Order three times. He will get his sentence soon at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court. The court will decide the week of February 24. Michael is currently in custody.
Nicholas Stephenson is forty-one years old and lives on Reading Way in Bentilee. He used threatening words or behavior on Lichfield Street in Hanley on January 11. Because he was already on a suspended sentence, his case moves to Stafford Crown Court. They will notify him of the date, and he can remain out on bail.
Shaun Tilstone is thirty-four years old and lives on Hailsham Close in Tunstall. Kayleigh Kirkland is thirty-two and lives on Hamil Road in Burslem. Both admitted affray on New Year’s Eve, 2023. They will be sentenced at a later date at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court. Both are currently out on bail.
Suhaib Ahmed is twenty-six years old and lives on Watermeadow Grove in Etruria. He denies dangerous driving on June 28. His trial is set for April 7, 2026, at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court and should last three days. Suhaib continues on bail.
