Koller will donate money to St Margaret’s Hospice Care. They will give £1 per wheelchair restraint sold. This money aids the hospice’s Somerset work.
St Margaret’s Hospice Care has two locations in Yeovil and Taunton. The hospice helps people with illnesses and supports families and carers. They have worked for over 40 years, offering day centers, family support, and a 24-hour advice line. Community nurses also provide help.
The funds will be donated at the end of 2025. They will use the money where needed most, sustaining the hospice’s important services.
Leoni Mullis, a director at Koller, said they are happy to support the hospice. She noted the hospice helps many families, including her own. They are honored to give back, stating that selling restraints helps the hospice.
Kerry Baillie, managing partnerships at St Margaret’s, said they are delighted Koller chose them as their charity. She emphasized the money makes a difference, aiding patients and families. Baillie added partnerships like this are helpful, and they look forward to working together.
This demonstrates Koller’s support and care for the local community. It recognizes the hospice’s special care, as St Margaret’s delivers excellent support.
