Tyler Smith claimed he was going to work, but an x-ray revealed he was hiding cocaine worth over £12,000.

Smith, age 19, took a ferry to the Isle of Man on February 17th. He was stopped by customs upon arrival.
Customs officers searched Smith and found 1.6 grams of cannabis. Smith claimed he was a student going to the wildlife park.
Smith could not name the park or where he would stay. Police arrested him and took him to a hospital where he admitted to hiding cocaine inside his body. An X-ray confirmed this.
Police found two cocaine packages weighing 121.4 grams. They said the cocaine was worth over £12,000.
Smith appeared in court on February 20th and admitted to importing and possessing cocaine and cannabis. The court sent Smith to a higher court due to the case’s severity.
Smith was not granted bail and remained in prison. He was scheduled to appear in court again on March 7.
