A woman was rushed to the hospital after a serious collision on the A127 near Laindon.
Reports say a taxi hit a BMW Z4. The BMW was broken down and stopped. Emergency services closed the road, and the closure lasted about three and a half hours.
The crash site was between two landmarks: Mayflower retail park and Burches roundabout. A taxi passenger suffered severe facial injuries, and they took her to the hospital quickly. We don’t know her condition right now.
