A 19-year-old woman died in Bristol after a dog attack. Police arrested a man and a woman in connection with the incident.

The incident occurred yesterday in Hartcliffe. Paramedics called the police around 7:19 pm. Responders tried to help her, but sadly, the 19-year-old woman died there. Her family knows about the tragedy.
The dog bit her fatally, and people think it’s an XL Bully. Authorities captured the dog, and a vet will check its breed soon.
Police arrested two people, a man and a woman, both in their twenties. They face charges related to the dog attack, including having a dangerous dog and owning a banned dog. They are in custody.
A police inspector shared his sadness and thinks about the woman’s family most. They will get support from a liaison officer.
Police are asking for witnesses. An officer thanked the emergency responders who tried hard to save her. The police are now investigating fully. Cobhorn Drive was closed for this, and police thank people for their patience.
Expect more police in the area. They will talk to people, and residents with concerns may speak to officers. If you have information, please come forward to assist their investigation.
