A woman died after exiting a car on a Leeds driveway. Her family described her as “amazing” and said she would do anything for them.

Pauline Millward, age 76, died in Yeadon after being hit by a Hyundai Tucson on a driveway off Lea Mill Park Drive around 2:40 PM. Police arrested a man, but he’s now free.

Pauline’s family issued a statement via police, describing her as a wonderful woman, an amazing mother and wife, and a great mother-in-law, grandmother, and sister. Her family will miss her every day and has asked for privacy.

Major Collision Enquiry Team officers are still investigating the accident, which occurred Thursday, March 13th, on a driveway. A Hyundai Tucson hit the woman after she had just left the vehicle.

The collision occurred around 2:40 PM. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them by calling 101 or going online to West Yorkshire Police, quoting reference number 13240143144.
