A woman in her 70s died after collapsing in a Truro pub. Emergency services responded, but she could not be revived.

Emergency services arrived at the scene quickly, including police cars, an ambulance, and a responder. The incident happened around 1:50 PM Saturday, March 1st, near the back of the pub. People said she fell suddenly, near some young women, causing confusion.
A witness told Cornwall Live he was unsure but thought the woman looked to be in her 20s and stood by a group of younger women earlier. Police confirmed the woman was actually in her 70s.
Police say people tried to help her, and members of the public gave her CPR before paramedics took over care.
The woman was not able to be revived later and was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not yet been released, and police do not consider her death suspicious.
