Firefighters tackled a blaze at Wolverhampton metal yard. Crews responded quickly; no injuries reported.

Firefighters rushed to the scene quickly and the first team arrived in just three minutes. Approximately 30 firefighters worked to extinguish the fire, coming from multiple stations around the area.
Drones assisted the firefighters in gaining better visibility. After the metal cooled down, workers used a special grabber to move it. Fortunately, no one was injured during the fire.
The fire service believes that the fire started accidentally. Firefighters used breathing gear while battling the flames and they also moved the metal with the hydraulic grabber. By 11 PM, most firefighters had left the scene, but one fire engine remained to monitor for any hot spots.
The final crew departed at approximately 11:40 PM, after ensuring that everything was cool. Firefighters conducted two overnight checks of the site, confirming that no further hot spots were present. Afterward, they handed control back to the site managers.
