Uisce Eireann replaces 1.3km of leaking water mains in North Cork to improve water supply and reduce disruptions.

This pipe replacement is part of a leakage program. The work happens on the N72 at Cullen Crossroads. People in the area should get better water and have fewer water issues.

Traffic will be managed during the pipe work with a stop/go system. Water might be off briefly, and people will get two days’ notice.

Old water pipes in Cork city will also be fixed. Over four kilometers of pipes, some a century old, will get replaced.
