Twelve dogs found abandoned near Kidwelly need foster homes. RSPCA seeks information about their owner.

The RSPCA and police worked together. One of the dogs escaped and a member of the public saw it. That person led them to the other dogs on January 27. The dogs are mostly golden retrievers, but there’s also a shar pei mix and terriers involved.
All twelve dogs are female. Llys Nini RSPCA is taking care of them. They found them in terrible conditions and the center needs money to help the dogs get better. They need lots of medical care right now.
The dogs were kept in awful places for a while, so routine care includes shots and spaying initially. Some need major operations too; they need teeth work, mass removals, or hernia repair. The center estimates these costs could be quite high.
The dogs aren’t ready to be adopted yet, but they need loving foster homes. Some dogs remain extremely shy because of past experiences. They hope people can foster, as it will help the dogs feel safe again.
The RSPCA wants info about the dogs’ owner. If you know anything, call and give them the details. The number is 0300 1234 999. Use incident number 1435882 when you call them about this.
