Luxury treehouse rentals with private pools, saunas and fire pits are planned for Whitehouse Leisure Park.
The plan includes three treehouse rentals at Whitehouse Leisure Park. Imagine fire pits and sauna pods; each will have a private pool up high.
SF Parks also got approval for Golden Gate Holiday Centre, near Whitehouse. They’ll add a bowling alley and rooftop bar, plus an arcade is in the works.
Whitehouse Leisure Park gets more upgrades, too. Jakes restaurant will add an arcade and cinema, and they also plan a spa and gym. A ropes course and climbing wall are already there.
Jonathan Seldon said the treehouse designs are great and hopes they get permission soon. He thinks it will improve Whitehouse Leisure Park. He also said the treehouses are amazing and sustainable.
The “Wow Lodge” will have a private pool, too, and these will attract more visitors wanting something special. SF Parks also owns resorts in Rhuddlan and Abergele, and they used to run a bowling alley in Llandudno.
The treehouses will have private pools, decks, and sun loungers. SF Parks will invest millions in these treehouse projects. AK Architects designed both the Golden Gate and Whitehouse projects.
Together, the two sites host over 830 caravans, and this could be SF Parks’ biggest project. Towyn offers many beds to visitors. SF Parks hopes their plans help the local economy.
