Twycross Zoo introduces a £3 parking charge from February 15th to fund essential car park upgrades.

The zoo expects to spend £1.5 to £2 million over two years. Zoo staff said they did not decide lightly, as they must ensure visitors have safe experiences.
The zoo states they need this money to pay for car park improvements. This work is unavoidable for safety, and they want visitors to have fun at the zoo.
Parking now costs £3 per car, and the zoo hopes people understand this. Annual ticket holders park free until April 5th, but they must reserve spots online before visiting. Annual Pass Plus patrons and Conservation Members still receive free parking. Leicestershire Live reported this information.
Daily admission prices will not increase in 2025. Advance tickets remain £26.95 for adults, while child tickets cost £19.75 when booked beforehand.
Zoo management explained that these changes will help improve the zoo overall. They support wildlife conservation worldwide, and every visit should be memorable.
