Kellaway’s in Truro achieved third place in the UK at the National Federation of Fish Fryers awards in London.

The National Federation of Fish Fryers chose them. The awards happened in London, celebrating skills and hard work. Fish and chip shops got awards in fifteen categories. They judged things like quality and service.
A TV star, Matt Baker, hosted it. Kellaway’s posted their excitement on Facebook, thanking their team and customers. The NFFF also congratulated Kellaway’s online.
Yarm Road Fish and Chips won first place. They are located in Darlington. The Fish Works in Scotland came in second. Kellaway’s Fish and Chips took third place.
Andrew Crook runs the NFFF. He said awards get harder to win each year. Winners excel in menus and skills. Customers want tasty, sustainable food, and they also expect great service.
Crook said these winners deserve attention. He thanked them for showing greatness, adding that they are fantastic examples in the industry.
