A 19-year-old woman died after a dog attack in Withywood. Police arrested two people; the dog has been put down.
Caelia Dorsett, a family member, shared a tribute online. She called Morgan “an amazing person,” and cherished all their memories together. She said Morgan was her built-in best friend.

Police arrested a man and a woman in their twenties, who were in charge of the dog when it attacked. The charge includes owning a forbidden dog breed, and both people are now out on bail. They must follow certain rules.
A neighbor thinks an XL Bully dog was involved. She saw the dog with its owner on a leash, and the neighbor lives near the flat where the incident happened.
The neighbor said the owner mentioned the dog’s temperament. Apparently it was good with women and kids, but men were another story according to the owner.
The neighbor comforted the shocked dog owner later. The owner couldn’t speak at all then and just seemed to be frozen in shock.
