Two burglars were caught 150 metres from a home in Chadwell Heath after stealing jewelry and other items. They were jailed.

Police responded to a break-in on Mansted Gardens in Chadwell Heath on Sunday, December 15. Officers arrived quickly, around 30 minutes after the call, and blocked the thieves’ escape. The thieves ran onto the High Road. A foot chase followed, ending with police catching and handcuffing the pair.
