The Range opens a new store in Surrey, in the old Homebase, and dogs are welcome to shop with their owners.
It’s in the old Homebase building by Sainsbury’s in Brookwood. That is just outside Woking. Remember the Homebase plant section?
It’s back inside the Range! They have plants, tools, and everything for your garden.
The store opened February 7, a Friday. A local council member cut the ribbon. Many people came that day.
They gave away prizes to the first 50 people. Each got a bag with nice products inside. Some people won even bigger prizes in line.
One lucky winner got a BBQ plus gas. Another received a cordless drill. Someone else took home a Slush Puppy machine. Experts from Dulux and others gave advice. They also showed products and special deals.
The Range’s CEO is excited about the new store. He says it’s great to see the community celebrate. He is happy they offered good products and prizes.
The new “Garden Centre by Homebase” is inside. Now they can offer everything under one roof, from home décor to stuff for your garden. They want to give Woking good value and service.
