New Range store in Surrey replaces Homebase. Offers DIY, kitchenware, and garden items. Old flooring disappoints.

The outside looks like it used to look. The Range included a “Garden Centre by Homebase.” So, part of the old store still exists.
The store sells many things. They have DIY, kitchenware, and furniture. You can also buy plants and gardening tools. This is handy, as no other garden center is close.
It’s convenient because it’s next to Sainsbury’s. You can get groceries and browse The Range. Plus, there is a large free parking lot. A petrol station is also on site.
I saw pretty items as soon as I walked in. I checked those out first. I enjoy baking, so I looked at kitchen stuff. I bought an air fryer container for £3.50.
Outdoor items were at the back of the store. There was also a door leading to plants. I liked visiting the new shop overall. But, the floor caught my eye. The store used the old gray Homebase floor. It made the store feel less vibrant to me. Otherwise, the shopping trip was nice.
The Range opened in Brookwood on February 7. A local councillor cut the ribbon. You can find it at Redding Way, Woking, GU21 2QT.
