Two teenagers, aged 15 and 17, face charges after a stabbing incident near a Sainsbury’s in Birmingham. Both pleaded not guilty.

They allegedly stabbed a 15-year-old boy in the parking lot last year, near Frankley Beeches Road and A38. The attack caused severe injuries.
The boys are 15 and 17 years old. Police charged them with possessing a blade and wounding with intent. Both pleaded not guilty in court.
They got bail with some rules. The judge initially set their curfew from 9 PM to 7 AM but thought it was too late and wanted it earlier.
The younger boy does after-school programs, making it difficult to get home by 7 PM. His mom said he cares for his siblings, while the older teen also helps his dad with childcare.
Now, their curfew is 8 PM to 7 AM. They must wear electronic monitoring devices, and the judge told the 17-year-old to stay out of trouble. Their next court date is March 6.
