Nicholas Prosper admits to fatally shooting his mother and siblings, also confessing to gun charges in court.
The court session happened Monday. Prosper also copped to gun charges. He bought a shotgun illegally. He had it to endanger lives. Plus, he had a knife in public.
Last year, police found the family dead at their Leabank flat. People heard gunshots from inside. Emergency services raced to the scene.
His mom was Juliana Falcon, 48. His sister was Giselle Prosper, age 13. His brother, Kyle Prosper, was 16. All three were injured when found, and they tragically died there.
A friend said Juliana loved her kids and lived for them. The friend explained that she was a positive person. Giselle’s school called her a model student, saying she had a beautiful soul.
Kyle’s school also spoke about him and were shocked by his tragic death. It’s devastating to lose Kyle, who was loved by the school community.
The court will sentence Prosper soon. The sentencing date is March 5. Prosper will stay imprisoned for now.
