A young girl named Grace Billows died. She was just fifteen years old. Her mother found her at their Bootle home. This happened on Tuesday, February 11.

Grace’s mom, Lisa, age 62, shared what happened. Grace was doing her hair for school. Lisa left for a hospital visit that day. When she got back, Grace was gone.

Grace went to Sacred Heart Catholic Academy. This was her final year there. She had epilepsy and Coeliac disease. She didn’t let that stop her dreams.

Lisa remembers Grace as lively. She said Grace was always making people laugh. History was Grace’s favorite subject. She could talk about it forever.

Grace had big plans for her future. She wanted to study at KGV in Southport. Her subjects were history, English, and drama.

The cause of Grace’s death isn’t known yet. Lisa thinks it might have been a seizure. She told the Liverpool Echo this idea.

Grace loved history deeply. She watched shows about it constantly. Lisa was extremely proud of her daughter. Grace helped a lot around the house; she liked things clean.

Lisa was Grace’s full-time carer. They planned to shop for a prom dress. Lisa says Grace would have been successful. They had many future plans together.

Grace’s funeral is at Thornton Crematorium. It will be on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. The service begins at 10:30 am.
