A store got robbed. It happened at Morrisons Daily, Ellerbeck, in Tamworth at Stonydelph Centre early Sunday, February 16.

A guy used a knife and threatened the store staff. He stole about £100 before running away. Police arrived around 7:30 am and described him as in his early 30s, approximately 5ft 5ins tall.

This same store was robbed five days earlier on Tuesday, February 11, before 10 pm. A masked man used a knife that time and demanded money, stealing £130.

The first robber was white and police said he was around 5ft 7ins tall. He wore a black hoodie and black trainers.

Police are asking for information about both robberies, urging people to call 101 and quote incident 138 of February 16, or report anonymously by calling Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.

Police are investigating these robberies, knowing the impact, especially when knives are involved. They want to catch those responsible.
