A Swansea councillor found his car damaged. Councillor Stuart Rice noticed a hole in his windshield, which happened on Friday, February 14th. His car was a Dacia Sandero Stepway.

He also cut his finger on the car when he opened the door. It’s unclear how he got the cut, and nothing was stolen from Councillor Rice’s car. The car was parked on Langland Terrace in the Brynmill area, and other nearby cars seemed fine.

Councillor Rice felt shocked by the damage and wants witnesses to call the police. He said the police and council are helping him and want to improve security for him. He also received advice about fire safety.

Police went to Langland Terrace around 9 AM on Friday, February 14th, and investigated the damaged vehicle. They are checking CCTV, talking to neighbors, and crime scene investigators also went there. Police are patrolling the area to reassure people.

Councillor Rice represents Uplands with the Uplands Party. He became a councillor three years ago, after representing the Liberal Democrats. Uplands Party leader, Peter May, understands, as his car was burned in 2009, and he tried not to let people down after it.
