Bryan McLauchlan faces robbery and attempted charges after incidents at Liverpool shops in February.

Police charged him with robbery. This happened at a store on Lisburn Lane. The date was Sunday, February 16.
He also got charged with attempted robbery three times. The stores were on Finvoy Road, Craigs Road, and Glamis Road. These all happened the next day, Monday, February 17.
McLauchlan went to court on Monday, February 24. It was Liverpool Magistrate’s Court. Now, he’s waiting for his next court date, which is Monday, March 24, at Liverpool Crown Court.
A detective, Steve Street, spoke about the case. Police take shop robberies very seriously. They know these crimes hurt staff and the community. Targeting local shops isn’t okay, the detective said. Police will do everything they can to find those responsible and bring them to justice. Robbery affects both businesses and the community.
