Leatherhead could see new homes, shops, and a hotel as part of a town center transformation. Public input is encouraged.

People have already talked a lot about the plans. Swan Centre could become a restaurant hub, while Bull Hill might get apartments and townhouses. A transport hub, hotel, and offices are also possible.
The last check showed support for Swan Centre changes. However, people worried about building height and wanted more green areas. New plans, coming out later in March, include more public green space.
Buildings on Bull Hill will move around, and the tallest buildings will be shorter. The public can share their thoughts soon, as the consultation starts March 10 and ends at noon on March 24.
People can learn, meet the team, and ask questions. There are two in-person events happening at Swan Centre, Unit 3, on March 13 and 15. There is also an online meeting on March 10.
Keira Vyvyan-Robinson said she is happy that the project team revised the plans. She thinks they addressed many concerns and hopes residents like the changes. She wishes the new plans better serve Leatherhead.
