A 43 year old man received a CBO for knife possession and causing alarm with his behavior in multiple towns.

Police found him with a lock knife in Worcester. This occurred on April 26 of last year. Before that, people reported odd actions. He was balancing sticks on his head! He walked into streets and yelled at others.
Police arrested him, then searched him. They discovered the knife in his jacket. Previously, he acted badly in Stourport. He was rude and scary toward people there. They issued him a warning for that.
He also acted poorly in Worcester and Hereford. Plus, he called the police for no good reason. That happened in February of this year. Now, the CBO limits what he can legally do.
Specifically, he can’t ignore authority and must leave when asked by officials. Also, he can only call the police in real emergencies. His behaviour towards police staff must improve. No more yelling or rude language.
