Burglars in Penzance caught after stolen iPhone led police to their hiding spot in a nearby graveyard.

The thieves, Frazer Soul and Freddie Clow, hid nearby in a churchyard where cops easily found them.
They stole from an elderly woman’s home first. She lost a leather bag, an old box, money, and tobacco. She heard noises but thought it was her cat. Then, downstairs, she noticed items gone.
Later, they broke into another house on Chapel Street where a kid woke up and saw them standing in his bedroom. The child yelled at them to leave.
They stole wine, earrings, cash, and an iPhone before running from the house.
Police tracked them with the iPhone’s “FindMyPhone” feature, leading them to St Mary’s Church where they were caught.
Police arrested both men and charged them with burglary and theft. Both pleaded guilty in court later.
Clow had many past offenses, including burglaries, and Soul also had a long criminal record with violence. Both guys were in custody before.
Clow’s lawyer said drugs caused his issues, and he used his time in jail productively, earning certificates and helping others. Soul’s lawyer stated he had turned things around and was getting help with drug and alcohol issues. He’s a roofer with work waiting.
The judge gave Clow a suspended sentence, including drug and mental health rehabilitation programs and activity requirements. Soul also received a suspended sentence with rehabilitation activity days. The judge warned them about future crimes.
If they broke the court orders, they would go to prison. The judge stated jail protected the public.
