The city also boasts beautiful parks and many green spaces. The people truly make this city special. Stoke-on-Trent is known for its friendly residents.
The UK considers it the friendliest place. The city welcomes everyone easily. People accept you as you are. They gladly lend a helping hand and look out for each other.
Stoke-on-Trent includes six towns. Yet, they function as one city. This city serves everyone. We were all shocked by the riots. These followed the Southport murders. Many people currently feel frustrated.
High prices have left their mark, and holding the powerful accountable is key. The riots felt different, though. They do not mirror our city that we all know and love.
We support the One Stoke-on-Trent campaign. It unites public, private, voluntary, and faith leaders. The message is very simple: tolerance exists here in this city; hate does not belong here. The campaign promotes unity among residents.
It helps people share stories, allowing them to learn from each other’s experiences. Let’s build an inclusive city now, where everyone should feel included and can feel proud of Stoke-on-Trent.
