Three men face sentencing next month for attacking bin men in Birches Head using weapons and causing fear with a firearm.

Someone fired a gun toward a garbage truck. The men used a sledgehammer and an axe. They also used a baton and a pole.
Their sentencing was supposed to happen today. The court postponed it until March 6. The three men are still in jail.
