Three men will find out their sentence next month. Joe Corden, Jack Spackman, and Kyle Worthington attacked bin men. The attack happened in Birches Head. Corden had a road rage issue with a truck. It happened around 11:15 am on March 21, 2023.

Someone fired a gun toward a garbage truck. The men used a sledgehammer and an axe. They also used a baton and a pole.

Their sentencing was supposed to happen today. The court postponed it until March 6. The three men are still in jail.

Corden admitted many crimes, including assault and conspiracy. He also admitted weapon possession and property damage. Driving offenses were included too, as he drove without a license or insurance.

Spackman admitted to conspiracy. He pleaded guilty to weapon possession, and he also admitted criminal damage.

Worthington admitted to conspiracy as well. He admitted possessing a firearm to cause fear. He also faces sentencing for dangerous driving, a charge separate from the attack.
