Major roadworks begin in Stockport next month lasting a year. Expect significant delays due to bridge repairs and road closures.
Network Rail will fix the Greek Street bridge. The armoury roundabout closes March 31. It reopens after one year of work. Use the A6, Edgeley Road, or Stockport Road to detour.
Several bus routes change. Buses 11, 309, 310, 312, 313, and 374 are affected. They will go via Wellington Road. Use Booth Street and Longshut Lane West.
