Police discovered a drug tunnel linking Spain and Morocco, leading to arrests, exposing a smuggling route from Africa.

The shaft was hiding under metal, leading to a narrow tunnel going toward Morocco and supported by wood. Police think they used it for drug transport.
Photos showed a ventilation machine and buckets of rubble. Authorities arrested fourteen people, including two Spanish law enforcement members.
A local paper reports drugs entered via the tunnel, then were loaded into trucks. These trucks then went to mainland Spain. This happened after hashish seizures.
Hashish is a strong type of marijuana. Recently, kids were found smuggling drugs. Last week they arrested two minors with hash strapped to them.
Earlier, three kids were found with 569 drug bags while with their mother. Ceuta is a drug trade crossing point because its open borders aid drug traffic.
