Family remembers Sophie Goode, 18, a Nottingham student, as “beautiful and talented” after a tragic e-bike accident on campus.

Police stated the crash was on the University’s Park Campus. It happened at East Drive and Keighton Hill’s junction. Police said medics could not save Ms. Goode, and she died in the hospital soon after.
The family issued a statement honoring Sophie, saying she was happy and loved. She enjoyed singing, dancing, and live music. Sophie planned concerts with her sister, and she truly brightened every room.
Sophie loved life and people. She connected with friends at university and joined the Nottingham women’s cricket team. She was determined and taken too soon.
Ms. Goode studied Sport and Exercise Science.
A university spokesperson confirmed a student died on campus early Tuesday in a road traffic incident. They are deeply saddened and their thoughts are with her loved ones now. They will support their community as they are processing this great loss.
