Slough is near London, just a half-hour train ride away. Its location is key to joining London. Slough Council thinks about joining West London. People are thinking about the best choices for the town.

The Metro newspaper wrote about this situation. Slough has factories and a long history. The TV show “The Office” used it as a setting. The town offers 76 playgrounds for outdoor fun.

The first Mars Bar came from a chocolate factory there. Yet, town residents don’t feel great about Slough. Some share their dislikes online. One person online said avoid the town center.
