Six individuals plead in court regarding offenses linked to the death of Richard Boyle in a suspected hit and run incident.

Martin Sean O’Lali, 26, faces several charges, including causing death by dangerous actions on Stewartstown Road in 2021. He is also charged in connection with a Volkswagen, including having no insurance and leaving the scene. He denies failing to report the accident and pleaded “not guilty” to all charges.
His father, Martin Paul O’Lali, 49, is charged with assisting offenders. He is accused of giving advice to impede his son’s apprehension and allegedly withholding information. He pleaded “not guilty” to both charges.
Hugh O’Neill, 27, faces four charges and denies all charges from February 2021. These include assisting offenders, withholding facts, and perverting the course of justice. He is also accused of burning a vehicle.
Emma McCune, 27, is charged with assisting offenders by allegedly providing transport on February 5, 2021, and withholding details. She pleaded “not guilty” to both charges.
Conor Francis Lewsley, 41, faces one charge of withholding information in 2021. He pleaded “not guilty” to this charge.
Jack Tiernan Holden, 24, faces three charges and denies all charges. He allegedly assisted offenders by providing transport, is accused of withholding data, and is also charged with burning a vehicle.
Judge Mark Reel did not set a trial date yet. He said he would look at the case soon and relisted the hearing for March 18. All six people are out on bail.
