She got the order on February 3rd at court. This followed more theft charges against her. Then, on February 7th, police arrested her again because she went into a Morrisons store that day, which broke the rules of her order. She was charged with theft again too.
On February 10th, Fleming admitted she broke the order, pleading guilty in court. The court gave her a fine as punishment. The police even want the public’s help now, asking people to watch out for her.
Police suggest calling 101 if you see her breaking the rules, or messaging them on Facebook or X. PC Stuart Lewis spoke about the situation. He said they want to stop shoplifting and support local stores.
He said they try to help offenders before the ban, to stop them from doing it again quickly. They want to make Caerphilly a safer place. Enforcing the order helps them do that.
