A man and woman are injured in Wolverhampton near Molineux Stadium after a shooting. Police investigate.
Police went to Staveley Road near Molineux stadium in Wolverhampton on Thursday before 9:15 p.m. They were responding to a report of an incident.
A woman in her 30s was found injured at the scene. Paramedics provided immediate assistance before transporting her to a hospital for further treatment. She has since left the hospital.
Later, a man in his 20s also went to a hospital with injuries, but they were not serious. Police are currently investigating the incident as a shooting.
As part of their investigation, police are checking CCTV and doorbell cameras in the area. They are seeking any information that could help them understand what happened.
