A woman was sexually assaulted on a footpath in Bath; police are investigating and appealing for information.

Officers went there and started investigating. They gathered initial information and offered the woman support. The Bridge SARC is helping her, and specialist officers will speak with her later to get a detailed account.
You’ll see more police in uniform around there soon. Police want people in the area to contact them, especially with a toad migration happening and more people out at night.
Were you there Thursday evening between 7 and 9 PM? Please contact the police if you haven’t already. Did you see anything helpful or have any relevant footage? Call 101 and use reference 5225045745.
