The criminal property relates to £623.30 in cash. The prosecutor stated this case is serious and that a conviction could mean four to six years in jail. She asked the court to send it to a higher court.
The court also heard a time frame. Smith allegedly supplied heroin from late 2021 to early 2022. The defense agreed it should not be tried there.
