A second arrest was made after a fatal crash in Blackpool that killed a pedestrian.

Paramedics took the man to a hospital, but he died from his injuries. Police believe he was from St Annes, but have not yet officially identified him.
Police arrested a 70-year-old man from Blackpool on suspicion of dangerous driving and failing to stop after the crash. He was later released while they investigate further. Earlier, police arrested a 43-year-old man, suspecting him of causing death by dangerous driving, but have released him and will not take further action.
Police are seeking assistance with the case and ask anyone with information to contact them regarding the February 10th crash. A vehicle hit a man at the crossing that night. The police want to identify the deceased man and are asking his family to come forward.
They are also asking for witnesses from the area. Detectives want information about the crash, specifically if anyone saw the man before or after the incident.
