Two drivers hospitalized after a roundabout crash. One driver arrested on suspicion of multiple offenses.

The VW driver was arrested for several suspected offenses. He may have caused serious injury by dangerous driving and driven without insurance. Driving while disqualified is another possible charge, along with the suspicion of driving under the influence. Possessing an offensive weapon is the final suspicion.
Police are investigating this two-vehicle crash. It happened on the A477 at Sentry Cross roundabout just after 8:30 am. The crash involved a dark blue VW Golf and a silver Renault van. Both drivers received hospital treatment but were later released.
