Rocks smashed train windshields in February, endangering lives and causing delays. EMR seeks public help.

Vandals threw rocks and even a scooter. One train’s windshield got smashed. This put passengers and staff at risk. The acts also canceled some train trips.
The first event was on February 3rd. Someone threw a scooter off Allsops Bridge. It hit a train going underneath.
More things happened later in February. On February 16th, waste landed on the tracks. A rock also hit a train that day. The next day, something else hit a train. This broke the windshield again.
These incidents affected twenty-one trains. The delays totaled two hundred fourteen minutes. EMR wants these criminals caught fast. They say this isn’t harmless fun.
