Man charged after disrupting c2c and District lines. Trespassing, obstruction, and assault led to significant delays.

C2c informed customers about the major disruptions by posting an announcement to their website. According to c2c, the police were managing an incident near Barking and Upminster. The line was blocked, causing delays across the entire c2c network and some trains were changed.
British Transport Police made an arrest and charged the man with trespassing and obstructing the railway. He is also charged with assaulting an emergency worker and must appear in court March 27 at Highbury Corner.
A British Transport Police spokesperson confirmed the arrest of Tee Mills, age 29, who lives on Sterry Crescent, Dagenham. Mills is charged with trespassing on the railway, obstructing the railway, and physically assaulting an emergency worker. This allegedly happened near Dagenham East station on February 23, and he is due in court March 27.
Greater Anglia assisted the c2c lines that day by carrying passengers in both directions between London Liverpool Street and Southend Victoria.
