Man hurls racist abuse at Belfast Airport staff after extra baggage fees. Faces fines and compensation after court appearance.

The incident happened at Belfast Airport. Police got a call about a man acting badly at gate 10 on September 9th last year.
The lawyer explained that Prabhjot Singh, 36, got mad because he paid extra for his bags. He screamed at the airport employees, and his words had racist undertones.
Singh was going to Faro, but they removed him from his flight. He admitted to the disorderly behavior and appeared in court on Tuesday. His lawyer said Singh knew he was wrong and that the comments were bad.
Singh works in Letterkenny and makes about £500 each week. Missing that flight cost him dearly, as he bought a new flight leaving from Dublin the next day.
Judge Broderick planned to give a fine, a levy, and compensation. The total was £515, and he finalized it after Singh paid. Singh paid at the court office.
He got a £250 fine, a £15 offenders levy, and a £250 compensation order for the woman he abused.
