The Plungington pub in Preston has reopened after a £380k revamp, featuring new amenities and a fresh look for customers.

The pub got new floors and new furniture. They added flat-screen TVs, too. A pool and darts room is brand new. Now it’s ready for some serious fun.
The beer garden is quite large and features its own bar. An outdoor TV makes it even better. The reopening was a big party. The band, The Stand Inns, played live music.
The fun lasted all weekend long. Chloe Anne, a singer, performed Friday. Saturday had a DJ and karaoke. The pub looks better than ever.
Carl Hirst runs The Plungington pub. He mentioned the renovation was extensive, and he thinks the pub got a fresh start. The main bar area also changed. Previously separate areas became one. Now, a large space includes a DJ booth.
Outside, new lighting and signs welcome visitors. There is seating for over 100 people. The beer garden has an outdoor bar and TV. With a covered area, it is nice year-round.
Carl expressed his gratitude to Proper Pubs. He said their help brought his vision to life. He is happy folks enjoyed the reopening. He looks forward to the pub being a community hub.
Jordan and Carl want to create a fun atmosphere. They plan live music and pool teams. Karaoke, quizzes, and bingo will also happen. They want to help the local community. They donate to a food bank and are raising money for a defibrillator.
