Detectives are appealing for information after a man was shot in Kirkdale. They wish to speak to the driver involved.
Police want to find the people involved. They especially want to talk to the victim’s driver. CCTV showed a dark car stop by a man near a shop. The man walked up to the car and peered inside.
Then, a back seat passenger opened the door. They seemed to fire a gun at the guy. He turned around and ran away quickly. The dark car then drove off quickly.
The injured man eventually went to the hospital himself. He had a gunshot wound, but it wasn’t life-threatening. Police examined the scene for clues, and they’re also checking local CCTV footage.
