Police seek information after rocks were thrown at cars from a bridge on the A40 near Ross-on-Wye, endangering drivers.

Rocks hit two cars! That’s pretty dangerous, right? They used a bridge over the A40, the Brampton Road Footway, to throw the rocks. The rocks impacted the windshields.
Two young people were seen throwing the rocks, possibly teenage boys. One wore a beige jacket or hoodie. They also had a dog with them.
A police officer named Kift spoke about it, calling it super reckless behavior. Cars travel at 70 mph on that road, and a serious crash could have happened. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
The police want to find the people who did it and warn others about the risks. They need witnesses to come forward – did anyone see anything similar?
Police also want to check any dashcam footage. If you have footage, please share it with them. If you know anything, please email daryl.kift@westmercia.police.uk.
