Omed Hassan is 26 years old and often visits Perth, Fife, and Aberdeen. He stands about six feet tall and has short, black hair. The police have shared his picture.
His photo shows thick eyebrows and a beard with some grey hairs visible. Inspector Robb asks Omed to call the police and also seeks information from the public.
Police ask anyone who saw Omed to contact them if they know where he is. They are conducting searches in areas he knows well. If you see him, call 101, citing incident number 0943 from March 13.
