Police need help finding Sebastian. He is a missing university student, age 21. He left the Black Horse Pub around 11:30 PM on Thursday. The pub is in Chippenham. CCTV showed him going towards Lovers Walk.

Investigators think he walked south, likely using Avon Valley Walk for his route. This path leads towards his home, which is located in Notton.

Authorities want drivers to check dashcam videos, focusing on the south Chippenham/Rowden Hill area. Check footage from 11:30 PM Thursday until early Friday. Residents should look at Ring doorbell recordings for any sign of Sebastian. People with wildlife cameras near the river should contact police too.

Sebastian is white and about 5’10” tall with a slim build and blonde/brown hair, expected to have a long fringe. He wore a grey jumper, blue jeans, and a beige fur-lined jacket. White Adidas trainers with Velcro were his footwear.

The police and Sebastian’s family are very concerned. Finding him quickly is the force’s main focus now. They are using many resources to find him, even checking different routes he could have taken.

Other organizations are helping search, and the police appreciate their efforts. Please do not fly drones near search teams to ensure they can search effectively. Trained officers support Sebastian’s family.

If you see Sebastian, call 999. If you know anything about his disappearance, call too, and mention log number 141 from February 28.
