A new report looked at Plymouth’s property prices. Online Marketing Surgery and Cardinal Steels made it. They ranked Plymouth areas by average house price. The report used data from the government. It showed prices and sales up to March 2024.

This helps show where homes cost less. The city center, Barbican, and Sutton Harbour are cheapest. The average house price there is £150,000. Devonport, Mount Wise, and Morice Town are next. Houses average £160,000 in price.

Ford and Blockhouse Park follow closely. A house averages £168,750 there. Cattedown and Prince Rock homes average £170,000. Keyham homes are around £172,615 on average.

Mannamead and Hartley are most expensive. A house there costs around £355,000. Plymstock Elburton is also pricey. A home costs about £320,000 there. Glenholt and Widewell average £302,500.
