This helps show where homes cost less. The city center, Barbican, and Sutton Harbour are cheapest. The average house price there is £150,000. Devonport, Mount Wise, and Morice Town are next. Houses average £160,000 in price.

Ford and Blockhouse Park follow closely. A house averages £168,750 there. Cattedown and Prince Rock homes average £170,000. Keyham homes are around £172,615 on average.

Mannamead and Hartley are most expensive. A house there costs around £355,000. Plymstock Elburton is also pricey. A home costs about £320,000 there. Glenholt and Widewell average £302,500.
