Stolen pig postbox topper, Kevin Bacon, is safely back after a community appeal and GPS tracker assistance.

Sarah Shaw made Kevin. She’s with Brough Yarn Bombers group. Kevin lives on Wiske Avenue. He gets new outfits for the seasons.
He wore cupid wings recently. People thought someone took him February 12.
Kevin had a GPS tracker inside him. An appeal helped bring him back. He came back Valentine’s night. Ali Davis leads Brough Yarn Bombers. She hopes people learn a lesson. Trackers help find stolen toppers.

The post says Kevin was treated okay. He only had base damage, luckily. Someone cut the blue scarf ties. They probably wanted to display him.
The group thanked everyone for the support. They want people to know about the trackers. Trackers help them find stolen items. People should not remove them.
People can learn to make their own Kevins. You can join Brough Yarn Bombers. All skill levels attend the crafting nights.
They meet at Ferry Inn monthly at 7:15 PM. It’s on the first Thursday. They raise money for charity each month. February’s donations go to the British Heart Foundation.
