Couple climbs Roseberry Topping 14 times for charity, honoring a beloved Dad and supporting his wife.

Peter Fulcher owned Saltburn Pet Centre. He passed away in October from oesophagus cancer at 68 years old. Peter was a popular shop owner in Saltburn for 30 years, a father of four, and grandfather to three.
Luke wants to support Peter’s wife, Andrea, who has stage 3 bowel cancer. He aims to assist with her financial situation. Luke promised Peter and Sophie he would help Andrea, hoping to ease her pain and grief.
Roseberry Topping is 320 meters tall, while Mount Everest is a much taller 8,849 meters. Everest is approximately 28 times taller. This is why they chose 14 climbs to Roseberry Topping.
Luke and Sophie tested the climb last week, scaling the hill three times. The weather will greatly impact the final climb’s difficulty. Luke hopes to help Andrea live comfortably, acknowledging she has worked hard her entire life.
